This project involved the complete refurbishment and reconfiguration of an existing commercial unit to create a purpose-built wellness space, including a yoga studio, reception area, and dedicated facial treatment room. The works required extensive internal demolition to strip the unit back and allow for a full redesign of the layout, followed by the installation of new partition walls to form distinct functional zones tailored to the client’s operational needs.

Upstairs, the space was upgraded with the installation of underfloor heating and finished with elegant herringbone flooring, creating a warm and refined environment suitable for wellness and movement-based activities. Downstairs, a breathable lime plaster finish was applied to improve natural moisture regulation and maintain a healthy internal environment, complemented by light wood-effect LVT flooring for durability and a clean, modern aesthetic. The result is a thoughtfully designed commercial space that balances practicality, comfort, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere throughout.
