Although a smaller-scale project, this refurbishment was delivered with the same level of care, precision, and attention to detail as our larger developments. The client’s existing conservatory had become impractical for year-round use, suffering from persistent roof leaks as well as excessive heat build-up during the summer months, significantly limiting its comfort and usability.

To resolve these issues, the existing failing roof structure was carefully removed and replaced with a new high-performance insulated roof system, designed to dramatically improve thermal efficiency and weather resistance. The new roof was finished in natural slate, providing a durable, high-quality aesthetic that complements the character of the property while also ensuring long-term performance and visual appeal.

Internally, the space was fully upgraded with new plaster finishes, creating clean, refined walls ready for decoration, alongside new flooring that enhances both comfort and practicality. The completed transformation has turned the former conservatory into a fully usable, comfortable living space that can now be enjoyed throughout the year, seamlessly integrating with the rest of the home.
