Minety Garage Conversion & Extension

This project involved the complete conversion and extension of an existing garage, transforming underutilised space into a fully integrated and highly functional extension of the home. Designed to improve both layout and day-to-day practicality, the project created a significantly larger kitchen area while also adding a new bedroom and a contemporary bathroom, providing valuable additional living accommodation within the property. The new spaces were carefully planned to feel like a natural continuation of the existing home, enhancing both comfort and long-term usability.

Extensive structural alterations were carried out as part of the build to reconfigure the internal layout and improve connectivity and flow throughout the property. This included opening up key areas of the existing structure to create a more seamless transition between old and new spaces while maximising natural light and creating a more open, spacious feel throughout the home.

The interior was finished to a high specification, featuring a fully fitted kitchen tailored to the new layout, durable and modern LVT flooring installed throughout, and a beautifully finished en-suite wet room complete with full wall tiling and contemporary fixtures. The completed project successfully modernised the property while adding valuable additional living space, combining practical design, quality craftsmanship, and a cohesive finish throughout.
