R&R Studios

Earthroot carried out an extensive two-phase renovation to transform a former commercial farm workshop into a high-spec Yoga and Pilates studio for our clients at R&R Studios. Phase one, completed in August 2023, focused on converting the upstairs into a functional, minimalist and curated studio space. This included the installation of underfloor heating, herringbone flooring, a complete lighting upgrade from industrial to boutique studio fittings, and the innovative concealment of pipes and radiators to align with the studio’s calm, branded aesthetic. To allow the business to open immediately, the downstairs was temporarily remodelled to create a functional entrance, and the existing metal staircase was converted into a warm, welcoming feature.

We returned in March 2024 to complete phase two, which focused on transforming the unused downstairs area into a multi-purpose space. This stage involved the creation of a welcoming reception area, treatment rooms, a changing room, and custom storage solutions tailored to the studio’s needs. Works included internal remodelling, new wall layouts, the construction of a bespoke arched walkthrough, and full ceiling replastering to replace outdated office tiles. The result is a fully cohesive and purpose-built wellness environment, designed to create a sense of calm and support the needs of the studios clients and practitioners.
